Front Office Manager

After completing a year long dental administrative program at LCC I knew the dental field was where I wanted to be.
19 years later I’m still loving it. I have been with this awesome dental team for 8 years and have loved building relationships with our patients.

Outside of the office you will find my spouse and I, with our pup hiking, backpacking, camping, fly fishing, or anything that involves being outdoors.We are expecting twin boys soon to join all of our adventures and cannot be more excited!!
I am also a sucker for coffee dates, concerts and road trips!

Olivia Garcia
Patient Care Coordinator

I grew up here in Eugene and recently moved back after nine years. I’m happy to be home! I have a long background in customer service, and I love creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outside in the sunshine, treasure-hunting at thrift stores, and relaxing with my husband and family. I look forward to meeting you and I hope I can help make each visit a great one!

Jen Peterson
Hygienist

I call Mohawk, Oregon home, where I enjoy a country lifestyle with my husband, Bill, and our three amazing kids—Hadley, Greeley, and Tandy. In 2009 I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dental Health from Pacific University in Forest Grove. When I’m not helping patients maintain healthy smiles, you’ll find me riding and training horses, competing at rodeos or in the mountains hunting. Family, hard work and a love for the outdoors and adventure are what keep me grounded.

Bree Oreskovic
Hygienist

Professional:
I started in the dental field in 2014 as a sterilization tech. I worked my way up to chair side assisting in this practice with Dr. Bevans, and after about 4 years I realized I was becoming really passionate about the preventative aspect of the dental world.
So, I decided to go back to school for dental hygiene. I graduated hygiene school in 2021 and I absolutely love this career! I’m given the opportunity every day to help my patients have a better quality of life through improved oral health.

Personal:
I’ve been with my wonderful husband, Michael, for over 16 years. One of our favorite things to do is go to comedy shows. We have two little dogs, Missi and Olly, that are as spunky as can be!
I’m a nerdy gamer especially when it comes to playing on all different Nintendo consoles that I have collected over the years. The Legend of Zelda games are my absolute favorite!
Another hobby of mine is making jewelry. I use resin to preserve dried flowers that I grow in my garden and incorporate them into pieces of jewelry.

Terri Bates
Dental Assistant

I’ve been a dental assistant for 30 years, the last 23 right here in this practice, and I love helping patients feel at ease. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Mike, and our three grown kids. I love diving into DIY home projects and escaping to sunny beaches whenever I can. Life’s all about good times, good company, and a little bit of adventure!

Rochelle Thies
Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for 18 years. I have worked in this practice for the past seven years and can honestly say it’s the best job ever. We as staff are all great friends and Dr Lake is awesome to work for. The best part of my job is the relationships built with our amazing patients.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my Aussie, Doug, reading and having family game nights. My husband and I enjoy pretty much any outdoor activities such as paddle boarding, pickle ball and snowshoeing but equally enjoy a good movie or game of cribbage.
